Some of the most beautiful scenery in Europe will be at your fingertips during this program as you have the opportunity to experience many gardens, cultural sites and architectural landmarks. Taste the food, meet the people, and fill your camera memory cards with sights that will last a lifetime! You will gain an appreciation for history and the evolution of gardens. The gardens will serve as your classroom as you photograph, sketch, and use your senses to experience each setting. You will learn how historic European estates, gardens and arboreta reflect the climate, topography, history, philosophical social structure, art and politics at the time of their creation.
