Course Description

This study abroad course explores Greece’s rich food culture, agricultural practices, and sustainability efforts. Students will engage in hands-on experiences such as cooking lessons, food tastings, and visits to agricultural cooperatives, wineries, and dairies. Additionally, students will learn about Greece’s historical and cultural landmarks, from ancient ruins to modern sustainability initiatives.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this program, students will be able to:

• Demonstrate an understanding of Greek food culture and traditional culinary practices.
